The advertised position can be situated in Perth OR Broome, depending on where the successful candidate is currently residing. The role will include some element of travel however please note, this is not a fly-in fly-out position.

Key Responsibilities of the position include:

      • Provide Level 1/ 2 / 3 support to managed clients
      • Provide effective end to end phone based trouble shooting
      • Set up of network configuration and trouble shooting
      • Manage and maintain customer networks through System Manager software
      • Install, maintain and manage 3CX VOIP phone systems
      • Provide remote and onsite support for client’s Servers and networks
      • Provide senior level support to technical/service staff as required
      • Provide senior level support to customers
      • Increase the MSP department’s efficiencies using MSP tools
      • Maintain quality control through best practises and MSP staff training
      • Instigate product development
      • Delivery of exceptional customer service to meet client needs
      • Monitoring of dashboard and cloud services
